Disability Fact Files
There are plenty of sites which list disabilities from a medical perspective, and these will probably go into rather more detail for people with a specific medical condition. However, they are rather less likely to cover the problems which we face as a result of the inflexible and intolerant Capitalist system.
Since this site is written using the social model rather than the medical model of disability, each page will cover a large number of conditions which are medically very different - but where the handicaps inflicted on us by Capitalist society are very similar.
